Refund Policy

This policy describes refund eligibility for paid Devtoolshubtech learning and consultation engagements confirmed in writing. This website does not process payments.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for a confirmed course seat or consultation package. Informational prices on the website are not invoices. Consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected where mandatory.

Timeframe for cancellation before start

Cancellations received at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of a live cohort or first consultation session are eligible for a full refund of course fees paid, minus any non-refundable items listed below.

Partial refunds

Cancellations received between 13 and 5 days before the start date may receive a 50% refund of transferable seat fees. Cancellations inside 5 days, or after materials access has been granted for a self-paced component, are generally not refundable except where required by law or where Devtoolshubtech cancels the program.

Full refunds when we cancel

If Devtoolshubtech cancels a cohort or consultation block and cannot offer a reasonable reschedule within 60 days, you receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled element.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees already incurred at your request, customized document drafting billed separately, and completed one-to-one hours already delivered are non-refundable. Administrative booking fees disclosed as non-refundable in your confirmation remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@devtoolshubtech.digital with your booking reference, participant name, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative transfer in writing.

Cancellation by participants mid-program

Leaving a multi-session program after it begins does not create an automatic refund for unused sessions. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a later cohort within six months.

Exceptions

We consider documented medical emergencies, public authority orders that prevent attendance, or material changes to the advertised syllabus on a case-by-case basis. Statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, where applicable, override conflicting clauses of this policy.
